Nourishing Support System for Diabetics

Do you, or someone you know, have diabetes and are unable to afford to pay for the fresh fruits and vegetables needed for diabetes?

 

Are you interested in getting a box of fresh produce each week, as well as have opportunities for cooking classes, gardening classes and classes on different ways to preserve fruits and vegetables? 

 

If you answered YES to both of these questions, Harvest 2 Hands may be able to help.  Complete the information below and one of our volunteers will contact you to get further information.
